LETTING IT ALL OUT

Release the pent up emotions my girl. Your shoulders are too tense, your brows are permanently raised, and your jaw is clenched. Holding onto your emotions is not the answer. You don’t have to be into yoga or journaling, just talk things through out loud. Let your thoughts and emotions go to make space for your mind to flow freely. You don’t have to be hard body all the time. Crying brings solace. Vulnerability is healthy and you deserve to feel every emotion fully.
this may seem random, but this is another reason why I love Pilates. I feel like Pilates gives me a chance to shut out any distractions, connect with myself intentionally, and release tensions I may be holding in. I'm also a huge cryer so doing Pilates helps me avoid my crying spells lol
